The countdown clock, on the water, can be run by a small generator or a 12v automobile battery. The countdown clock is controlled by the computer via a 10 conductor cable. The Infrared beams require a center line pole and a pole on the outside of each lane at each point where a beam is desired. A minimum of three beams (start, finish and MPH trap) is required. Five beams are possible, providing ET and MPH between each set of traps.
